I didn’t become HER overnight!

I didn’t wake up one day confident.

I didn’t suddenly have boundaries.

I didn’t instantly become healed or aligned.

Becoming her took time. Trust me when I say I was a mess. Some parts of me still are. Mistakes. Growth. Lessons. Quiet seasons. Uncomfortable decisions.

One day I remember saying to myself “ Asia you’re living your life on auto pilot. Then it clicked I had to do the work. I had to figure out who I wanted to be then I figured out the steps I needed to get there and become the BEST version of myself.

I learned that consistency beats motivation. Discipline beats excitement. And patience beats pressure. I said 1% each day. Starting Skylielash really pushed me because I would litterally post every single day & that discipline within it self transition into my everyday life!

This post is for the woman who feels behind…. you’re not.
